NOTE: All entries are limited to everything fitting on 1 plate, platter or plank of a reasonable size. Each Judge and Table Captain must be able to lift your entry without the assistance of another person. You will be disqualified if it is too heavy to lift or pass around for presentation.

Entry fee is included with your team application fee.

First Place WINS – Cash and Chef's Challenge Cup ( 2nd to 6th Cash & Ribbons)

Anything except ground beef or shellfish.

Any type of garnish, vegetable or fruit may be used for appearance.

Don't forget to pick-up your dish after the competition.
