Chef's Challenge
Sponsored by Barbecues Galore NEW! No alcohol served or accompanied with your turn-in. NEW! All entries are limited to everything fitting on 1 plate, platter or plank of a reasonable size. Anything except ground beef or shellfish. Any type of garnish, vegetable or fruit may be used for appearance. Don't forget to pick-up your dish after the competition.
